Eligible Applicants

Community Action Agencies (CAA), nonprofit organizations, and public entities, such as local governments, are eligible to submit an application to become a subgrantee for Colorado’s Weatherization Assistance Program.

Selection Criteria

CEO will consider the following criteria when selecting new subgrantees:

  • Experience providing weatherization or housing renovation services
  • Experience assisting local low-income residents in the proposed geographic area
  • Capacity to provide a timely and effective weatherization program.

CEO will give preference to applicants that have or are currently administering an effective weatherization program. See FAQ document linked below for more information on selection criteria.
