Request for Input for Electric Grid Resilience Funds

CEO, along with partner agencies, is pursuing funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) 40101(d) Formula Grant through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) “Preventing Outages and Enhancing the Resilience of the Electric Grid.” The Formula Grant sets aside approximately $8.6M for the State of Colorado.

CEO and partner agencies, the Department of Local Affairs and the Department of Regulatory Affairs, held a public hearing on Thursday, November 17, 2022 to share a proposed approach to the Formula Grant uses and gather comments. Slides and a recording of the event may be found below.
