Colorado Energy Office Call for Pre-Qualified Partners

#FFFFFF

With the passing of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), the Colorado Energy Office (CEO) has the potential to access federal funds to support its mission at an unprecedented level.

With CEO as the lead applicant, we are looking for entities to serve as partners on one or more federal grant applications. Any final agreements would be dependent on federal award, terms and conditions.

If your organization is interested in potentially partnering on a future application with CEO, please complete the interest form linked below. CEO is interested in receiving information from qualified entities, including businesses, associations, and non-profit organizations.

Pre-Qualified Partners - Interest Form

This process does not apply to local governments or tribes as they are exempt from this process. If you have issues accessing this form, please reach out to idamae.isaac@state.co.us

If an application opportunity arises in the area of interest noted by your organization in the interest form, CEO may invite qualifying entities to partner on developing a competitive federal proposal.

This posting shall remain open as long as funding opportunities from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act are available. An entity's response to the interest form is considered valid for the duration of each law; however, CEO may verify that the information is still valid and confirm continued interest. CEO reserves the right to remove or edit this Call for Partners as needed.
